Kids Church

Where children are welcomed,  celebrated and nurtured.

  We are a “kids friendly” church where children belong and  participate in the life of the church, Children can explore, learn  about and experience Jesus and His love and are valued for what they bring to the whole church family.  

Creche is available for ages 0 to 3 years.  

Kids Church from ages 3 to teens.

Mainly Music

Mainly Music is a fun and educational activity designed to grow and develop your preschooler  followed by morning tea, play time and a time for you to connect with other mums and dads and caregivers. 

Currently on hold in Hawea but you are welcome to attend the Wanaka sessions Tuesday Mornings 9:30am at the Wanaka Presbyterian Church, 94 Tenby Street.

We are hoping to restart sessions in Hawea soon, to help make this happen if you would like be part of this wonderful team and assist with serving, please enquire.

Small Groups

Small groups are a great way of getting to know one another outside of Sundays and events. 

We have 1-2 groups running currently but are always looking to begin another.

If you’d like to become a part of a small group please get in touch with us.

Wanaka Youth

YAK  provides an opportunity for students from Years 9 to 13 to explore issues of life and faith. Students of all denominations or no church connections at all are welcomed on Tuesdays after school at Mount Aspiring College. Of course we always begin with food and a catch up!

Friday night youth  Meets in the Wanaka church Hall on Friday nights (during school term) from 7pm for year 7-13. This is led by Ben Foster & Sophia Hay our Youth Intern.

Highlight of the year is Easter Camp at Camp Columba in Pukerau where we meet up with heaps of students from Otago/Southland.
